Main Function زاتا ZATHA-S
Zatha series use a principle that works cutting and coagulation of cellular tissue via high-frequency current through the body contact load and resistance by using the heat generated.
As the high-frequency current through the body, heat will be occurred by heat and arc discharge in active electrode and return-pad fitted wide area in the body. So, the heat makes heating the cellular tissue and it is possible to cut and coagulate as operation.
Return-pad and the active electrode are mono-polar in combination. In another function, the end of electrode as shape of forceps is a pair of electrode. The high frequency current works among the electrode in the forceps. It called a bipolar.

Safety
In the case, the connection is incorrect between patients and attached return-pad with a patient as operation, automatically RF output will be blocked and sound an alarm.
Preciseness
All the operations of ZATHA Series are digitalized output 1W of unit by means of a microprocessor. So, more precise operation is possible. Also user turns off a unit, the unit memories final setting value in last operation.
CONVENIENCE
– Front panel connectiong with monopolar 3-pin plug, monopolar 1-pin plug, returnpad connector, bipolar plug and footswitch connector.
PPS (Patient Protection System)
– PPS applied to monopolar with micro pulse technology makes the returnpad burn eliminate by 500 times/sec. contact monitoring system between patient and returnpad. If the contact is not good enough to safety level, PPS controls the output power automatically.
ACW (Arc-Controlled Waveform)
– A new technology ACW has absolute output power at every mode of Coagulation, Blending, Bipolar like variable power of general ESU. However, unlike other general ESU which has ‘off time’ on waveform, ZATHA has variable frequencies for pulse continuity. The feature keeps the output power of general ESU strong and makes the electric arc be dramatically depleted. Finally, ZATHA minimizes not only the carbonization but also the 2nd bleeding by adhesion of the tissue.
